The online form/link for status match doesn't work for me, sometimes there was also a notification that there is actually no status match available... !? Used the mail contact via homepage and asked kindly for a match and the 90day challenge plus an upload of a screenshot/ tier level. After 30 minutes I got the diamond status in my profile .... worked.

The link through the Marriott app was not working, so I emailed Sixt Customer Care. It took a while, due to the holidays I guess. But within 6 days I was matched to Diamond.
