Requested a match and was told Bonvoy does not match but they would happily issue a challenge. 16 nights over a 90-day period to receive Platinum Elite status.

Contacted airline via feedback form (https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/any-questions/customer-relations/index.html) selected Membership Processing, included copy of ID, proof of Delta status (screenshot) and account statement (two months was requested, I created a PDF from Delta.com showing about 6 months).
Request was approved within less than a day.
