Followed the instructions on https://frequentmiler.com/turkish-airlines-status-match-get-1-2-years-of-star-alliance-gold-with-very-reasonable-requirements/ and used their template. Originally tried with Alaska but they kept asking for my statement with recent travel, unfortunately Alaska doesn't list award flights in your dashboard as flights, only as milage redemptions so they weren't satisfied, but I was able to then send them my Delta information and was approved a few hours later. I found out they don't match to Elite plus anyway.
