Applied using the online feedback form, and they responded very quickly. They did ask for my digital card multiple times, and finally they noted that it was because it didn't show the SkyTeam Elite Plus level on the card? Delta has 3 places to get your card that I can find - the website, app, and Google/Apple wallet - ONLY the app seems to show this logo (and does a poor job of it) - the wallet pass and website don't. It's interesting DL Gold, Platinum, and Diamond all seem to match to the same place (Elite) - I was sort of expecting Elite Plus. Oh well. I got the same 4 months granted, with the options to extend to 1 year w/ one flight or 2 years w/ 15k miles as everyone else.

Apologies if this says "Air France Flying Blue" - there wasn't an option for the new "Asante" loyalty programme from Kenya Airways. I spoke with Kenya Airways and they said that they were only matching Flying Blue customers at the moment as they had a previous partnership with them Kenya Airways isn't doing much to entice new business their way at the moment, despite launching a new loyalty programme.

National's instructions say to upload a membership card or screenshot to their status match page. They say the upload should include your name, status and expiration date of the status. I didn't have a physical card and couldn't find a screen anywhere on Marriott's site with my full name let alone the status expiration date. (I find it very annoying that businesses have to be so chummy these days: on every page they display just my first name in a huge font: HI, SO-AND-SO!!!) So I just uploaded a screen with my first name, status and number of points and National granted the status in a few hours on a weekend.
