Joined KrisFlyer, used the app to contact them on live chat. They provided me with an email address and a form to fill out. Had to show my passport, my membership card and flight history. Took less than a week from inquiry to result. Very happy with service thus far.

send in GHA Platinum, but program was not considered, was asked for another status and send in Hilton Gold. Surprisingly got the highest upgrade to Diamond Select, but have had a platinum status with BW few years ago. Just send in the copies of the cards and was not asked for a proof of my stays in the other programs.
