I've sent only one file (clear physical card photo). It took about a week to get matched ANA Platinum (Star Alliance Gold). Status card updated but only available on ANA website (Apple Wallet not possible). No application/match confirmation email from ANA were received. You also must have an US or Canadian address to apply and it can't be updated afterwards. I created new account Miles&Go, because I didn't have one. Attached my S7 Priority Platinum Card (OneWorld Emerald) like a screenshot from S7 website. Match request was denied, they sent me an email that "according to Point 2.2. of Status Match Campaign Regulation, S7 Priority programme is not eligible for participation. For this reason, your Application has been Excluded."
