I originally had the same issues as everyone else in getting the status match done through the app. I decided to try on the webpage the day that I saw an article on thepointsguy about the merry go round of status which was the 15th. I checked today and got my diamond status back. If you’ve actually earned diamond status with Wyndham, they will match it. Not sure if there’s an issue still with doing it on the app, but through the website for Caesar’s it works.
