Submitted screen shot of Marriott Gold Elite and also American Airlines Gold. Submitted on Saturday Night and received email on Monday morning that upgraded to Emerald Executive Elite from Base member. Email said it could take up to 7 business days to reflect the upgrade in account.
Contacted National via email requesting status change to reflect sooner as I am renting within 2 days. National could not help. Said the system has to update and can take up to 7 business days. Let us see how long it takes.

Paid $49 application fee on status match website and submitted screenshot proof of Marriott status, including membership number in screenshot. Was going to be matched to Elite 50k. It asked at end of application if I wanted to bump up my tier to Elite 100k if approved for additional $199. Approved in less than one day.

Hertz Gold Plus Rewards
I reached out to Hertz customer support via the messaging feature in the app. I requested a screenshot showing proof of status with Delta and my Hertz loyalty number. They changed my status without any delay. I had to log out and then log back into the Hertz app to see the change. Overall it was a great experience.
