Very quick response by Hilton Hornors (just within 1-2days for a result) if prepare correctly proof of status and proof of stay. Suggest to login to the existing program over the website (by computer or notebook) then make a screenshot as a proof evidence for submission cause it will always have name & member ID of existing program shown on the screen. Use National’s status match website to submit a request. Submit proof of existing status per their instructions. Explicit status end date isn’t needed in proof (Mariott’s statuses end each calendar year if not a lifetime member.)
