Went to statusmatch.hiltonhonors.com and uploaded a screenshot of the IHG dashboard showing my name, account number and Platinum Elite status along with a screen shot of a recent completed reservation with AVID an IHG property. No email or other contact but status matched to Hilton Gold within 2 days. Dashboard shows 30 days to Diamond but program indicated 9 nights, possibly that their dashboard does not reflect status challenges?
