Considering I had Diamond status for Hilton, I thought it'd get the most chance of getting accepted.
I sent in my request through ( https://status.emeraldclub.com/ ), and it took approximately 3 days for them to accept via sending email.

Followed instructions and included proof of ALL Platinum Status (PDF copy of online membership card) and confirmation of prior stay (PDF of invoice) at Fairmont property from the prior month. Received confirmation of Platinum Elite status with Marriott Bonvoy via email with 24 hours. Very easy!
