Sent an email to the contact email listed on here. Requested a match to Titanium from Hilton Gold stating that I was planning a stay in Japan in March 2025 and wanted to try iPrefer. They replied within 1 business day and said it was match was accepted and that it was once in a lifetime and valid for 12 months from the day it was given to me.
