Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles Returns Report: Challenge

Thank you for choosing Miles&Smiles, the frequent flyer program which offers a whole world of benefits. You'll have a 4-month trial period once you're upgraded to Elite in your Miles&Smiles membership. If you do not perform at least one Turkish Airlines flight during this period to extend the Elite status, you'll be downgraded back to Classic. So if you do not plan to fly with us in the near future, we recommend contacting us near the time you do (such as May 2025, as you stated). When you do, we will need you to send us the documents and information listed below. Your Miles&Smiles membership number A photograph or scanned copy of your passport Your membership card (preferably digital) for your other airline’s frequent flyer program, showing at least two months of validity A statement for the same membership showing your name and flight credits from the previous two months Please make sure your documents match the criteria above and make sure not to send the same documents more than once, as it may slow us down from resolving your feedback overall.
