Received the below email after contacting live chat on Emirate's website on Monday morning. Took 3 days to reply. Hello Mr Xxxxx, Thanks for contacting us. I understand you're looking for a status match. We currently offer tier upgrades only to the next higher tier. As your status is Blue, the upgrade would be to Silver. I've received your card copy. As part of the status match process, you'll have to take 2 round trip flights in Economy Class (Flex/Flex Plus) on Emirates OR 1 Business/First Class return flight (12 months validity for the entire trip) on Emirates. Please note that Cash Plus Miles tickets and reward tickets are not eligible for this process. Once you finish these flights, you may contact us for the process to be completed.
