I'm sorry to disappoint you, however it's not our policy to match the status of another frequent flyer programme. Tier status, as you know, is our way of recognising and rewarding our most loyal and frequent travellers. To upgrade certain Club members to higher tiers which other members have worked hard to achieve would be unfair and undervalue their continued support. Contacted via online form. Communication continued via email. Initially requested status match with explanation of why I was "match-worthy". Was then requested to send in a filled in status match form (they sent a template), a prior account statement, an upcoming booking with them and pictures of my membership card with the other program. Also got asked for some basic details about my Singapore Airlines/KrisFlyer account.
