My datapoint for the Platinum challenge.
This is not a status match, as you don’t get the status during the challenge but only upon completing the challenge.
I contacted Bonvoy customer service through Facebook messenger. They replied almost instantly with a message describing the conditions of the challenge.
I opted for Platinum upon completing 16 nights within 3 months option.
The CS team asked me to confirm, that it was what I wanted, and then asked me to confirm at which hotel I had my most recent stay. Within minutes I had confirmation that I was enrolled .
Upon completing the 16 nights I was upgraded to Platinum within 2 days after check out. Exp date April 12th 2027
