I emailed TK via feedback form. Some back and forth on documentation but everything took less than one week for status match. Status match with a 4-month trial period and following challenge: (a) you are required to perform at least one international flight with Turkish Airlines in the trial period; (b) at the end of the trial period, if you have at least one international flight in your membership account, which you have performed with Turkish Airlines, your Elite membership is extended for 8 more months (i.e., it remains valid for 1 year in total after the match); and (c) if you reach 15,000 Status Miles in the international flights you will perform with Turkish Airlines in the first year of your Elite membership, your membership is extended for 1 more year (i.e. it remains valid for 2 years in total after the match).

We had been successful the status match from JMB Sapphire to Premier Gold. I have the status of JGC Crystal which is equal to JMB Sapphire. I understand that the status match request from the normal JGC status (the color of status card is green) may be denied, so you are required to have at least JGC Crystal.
