I wrote to TK feedback team three times. The first time I was flat out denied the match. The next two times they asked me to go to a ticket office for review of documents, even though everything has been supplied. As I am not close to a ticket office (it's two hours flying to get to one), I had to give up. In the first place, they already denied it the first time. And that was that. I'll take my business elsewhere.
