Done it hard way, but working. Starting from Radisson Rewards VIP: 1. Matched Radisson Rewards VIP to Club Avolta Platinum member 2. Matched Club Avolta Platinum to Avis Presidents Club. 3. Last, matched Avis to Hertz. From here I can match mostly the other car rentals also, I think.
