4 days in total and the mail from SAS is send:
“We have now fully reviewed your application to get a status match. And we are happy to inform that we have approved your request and will upgrade your EuroBonus account to tier EBG.
Please allow up to 10 days for the tier upgrade to reflect in your account.

Took 4 days and few calls, sent a msg with my card copy, passport and screen shot of my travel history and didn't receive any update , I had to call and request to someone to look at the feedback after which I got a reply asking for my travel history showing my name, member no etc and they approved with the same conditions as others mentioned.

No explanation for it. Any ideas why? Sent them K*G proof and last 2 months of activity including status earning flights (premium economy). Could it be that it appears I'm far off requalifying for K*G? I said I had just relocated out of Singapore and was looking at others for long haul.
