No explanation for it. Any ideas why? Sent them K*G proof and last 2 months of activity including status earning flights (premium economy). Could it be that it appears I'm far off requalifying for K*G? I said I had just relocated out of Singapore and was looking at others for long haul.

Use feedback page & select Membership processes. Attached screen print with screenshot of SAS member page & booking history last 6 months. It took 1 day by mail and provided digital card to show member status. Then 1 day to get approval letter. It provide a trial period and extended the match membership 8 more months. During the trail, have to take one international flight. If reach 15,000 status in the international flight, it will extend one more year. 2 years in total after match
