One of the worst airline ever! They ONLY take calls, ask for a thousand things then mentioned that they cannot do anything to achieve your requested status. You'll need to have already flown 12.5K miles with any Star Alliance in the recent three months, provide a PHYSICAL gold card of your membership, statement of records with the current membership for 12 months, a business card to process. Where in the world does ANY airline provide a physical card now? I'll love to know that... And you need to have flown 12.5K + give them a statement of flying records? Why are they so snobbish!

Went through multiple email addresses and finally got responded via: sininfinity@evaair.com, seems to be the Singapore contact centre. Their email services are non-existent and only relies on phone service (in this era). They outright refused to match status despite I've three upcoming business class bookings with them. They also have one of the weirdest system where you have to accumulate 30k to reach silver FIRST, then accumulate ADDITIONAL 50k to reach gold. No other Star Alliance has this, only them..?
