Was ignored during their Status Challenge in November 2024 (no response). Followed-up with a email asking for a challenge match in early 2025 offering Elite status proof and history and citing multiple planned international business bookings. Responded basically with "that campaign has ended".

I e-mailed them at statusmatch@bestwestern.com and send them a screenshot of my existing Radisson status. Got the status from Best Western, stayed in a Best Western hotel but unfortunately did not receive any status recognition from the hotel . I will not stay with Best Western again, I was disappointed about the recogniation in comparison to the Radisson.
