Got an email within an hour with a flat denial: "I kindly inform you that AEGEAN does not have the option to match the accounts of its members from other Star Alliance partners and generally from other airlines, as well as the statuses of them."

Submitted via contact center form. No reply for 3 weeks. Called AAdvantage Customer Service and told I was rejected for lack of documentation. Got an email a few days later saying I needed to add my prior year snapshot with info below on how to get it. Expecting another 3 week turnaround next time I try this.
We are needing your 2023-year end snapshot.
· When logged in on a computer or laptop, your 2023 snapshot can be
found within your MileagePlus account, under my account.?Go to My
Account, MileagePlus (expand), click on status tracker, you will see
your current year, click on previous year.?Click on status tracker then
choose previous year.
