Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles
I was given inconsistent and misleading instructions right from the start. I was told by customer service that they would consider my request if I have one international flight flown with Turkish and credited to my TK account. So I booked myself on JFK>IST>LEJ and resubmitted the requested. Then they wanted an excerpt of my Aeroplan activity of the last 2 months. I did fly over the past two months but had multiple international and US domestic flights with star alliance carriers in Eco plus and business. Seems like they do not care, status match was consistently denied and every time i contacted them, they added new challenges and requirements. Completely intransparent, unfriendly and quite frankly scammy. Stay away from this company!
